CDG-3000 ring gear fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machine is an electromechanical semi-combined semi-automatic fluorescent magnetic particle inspection equipment. It consists of a power control system, a clamping magnetization device, a fluorescence observation and inspection device, and a demagnetization device. It is suitable for wet magnetic particles. The method detects cracks and various minor defects on the surface and near surface of the ring gear made of ferromagnetic material due to various reasons such as material, forging, casting, quenching, machining, fatigue and so on.
This equipment adopts manual and automatic operation modes, and is controlled centrally by a programmable controller (PLC). When it is manual, it can perform single-step independent operation of each function. When it is automatic, the device automatically executes the PLC internal program. After loading, the head is closed, the magnetic head is closed, the magnetic suspension is sprayed, and the magnetic head is opened. AC magnetization has power-off phase control and has good remanence stability. It is suitable for both continuous method flaw detection and residual magnetism detection. During composite magnetization, a rotating magnetic field can be formed on the surface of the workpiece, and the magnetic track can be displayed in all directions at one time, which has a high work efficiency.
